Talent Brief:
* European/Caucasian look
* Ages 28–40
* Athletic / surfer / natural lifestyle aesthetic
* Commercial-friendly look
* No overly editorial or high-fashion appearance
* Natural haircuts/colors preferred (without any distracting haircuts i.e. a very blunt fringe/bangs for example).
