Terms of Service

Solis Casting is an online venue that connects models with the houses, magazines, brands and production teams who post casting calls. Solis Casting is not a talent agency, employer, or talent scout, and does not promise or facilitate employment. Any engagement, contract or working relationship is formed solely between the model and the posting party.

The number of casting calls available varies by location, roles available and the level of experience required. As with any business, results may vary and will be based on individual capacity, experience, expertise, and level of desire. There are no guarantees concerning the level of income any user may experience.

You must provide accurate information when registering, and you are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Model profiles — including measurements, photos and biography — must be truthful and current. We may suspend accounts that misrepresent identity, credentials or affiliation.

Employers pay a publishing fee of $19.99 for each casting call, or a monthly bundle for multiple posts. Fees are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable once a casting has entered review, except where required by law. A live casting can be edited at any time while it remains on the board; listings run until their expiration date, and recasting an expired listing costs an additional $19.99. Solis Casting reviews paid castings before publication and may reject any posting that is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or unsafe, with a refund issued at our discretion.

Solis Casting is not a party to any agreement between models and employers, including rates, usage rights, buyouts, or working conditions. Those terms are negotiated and enforced solely between the parties.

You retain ownership of the photos, video and text you upload. By posting content you grant Solis Casting a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it on the platform for the purpose of operating the service. You confirm you hold the rights to everything you upload and that any person depicted has consented.

Any product names, logos, brands, and other trademarks or images featured or referred to within the Soliscasting.com website are the property of their respective trademark holders. These trademark holders are not affiliated with Solis Casting, our services, or our websites, and they do not sponsor or endorse Soliscasting.com or any of our online products.

No harassment, scraping, fake castings, or off-platform solicitation of payment from models. Casting calls must never request nudity from minors, fees from applicants, or personal financial information. Report misuse through the platform and we will review and remove content where appropriate.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solis Casting is not liable for bookings that fall through, conduct of any user, or lost income. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
