Privacy Policy

Account details (name, email, password — always stored hashed), model book data (measurements, city, photos, biography, Instagram handle), casting call content, applications and messages, and payment records. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

To operate the venue: displaying model books to visitors and employers, publishing casting calls, routing applications, processing publishing fees, and keeping the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication (secure, httpOnly session tokens) and nothing else. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics beacons.

Photos and files are stored with our cloud storage provider; payments are processed by Stripe; the platform is hosted on managed cloud infrastructure. Each processor handles data only as needed to provide their service to us.

You may correct your profile at any time from your dashboard, request a copy of your data, or request deletion of your account and associated content by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your public book from the directory; records of completed payments are retained as required for accounting and legal purposes.

Passwords are bcrypt-hashed, sessions use short-lived signed tokens, and access is role-scoped. We retain account data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards to resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
