Gayle Keller

Gayle Keller is a former Microsoft sales executive who felt impassioned to help close the gender gap in the S.T.E.A.M. fields after experiencing firsthand the gender biases that still exist in the workplace throughout her 20+ years in tech.

Today, Gayle is an entrepreneur, mother of two young girls, a Women in Toys (WiT) Wonder Woman award recipient, and international bestselling author. She founded the award-winning Theodora S.T.E.A.M. Girls doll line and accompanying book series, aiming to encourage girls to pursue S.T.E.A.M. at a young age. Gayle empowers women – and girls – to take calculated risks and follow their dreams through her five-pillar superpower methodology that is highlighted in her book, Full S.T.E.A.M. Ahead. Over the past year, Gayle has been featured on WGN, FOX Business, Scripps News, Good Day Chicago, and NBC Chicago Today.

Additionally, she has garnered national attention for her doll line, which has been showcased on notable outlets such as NBC Chicago Today, WGN, Cheddar, GMA.com and Chicago Tribune, as well numerous local TV stations. Gayle is a Wonder Woman award recipient in the top designer/inventor of the year category.
